Student Testimonials:
“I began attending Ryan’s Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes in 2018 during the beginning of my energetic and spiritual journey. I was fortunate to attend these classes with my dad, which allowed he and I the opportunity to practice these techniques together. To this day, we will still refer to things that we learned from Ryan, as he not only provided a beautiful instruction of the movement practices, but mentored us in our understanding of Chinese medicine, energy, the body, the breath, the mind, and meditation. The fundamental wisdom that Ryan provided helped me to carve a path of mindfulness and has made a significant impact on my life.”
